MIDTOWN CONCERT SERIES
Free Weekly Series of Concerts of Early Music
Every Thursday at 1:15 pm in the Chapel
between September 15, 2016 and June 29, 2017

Click here for the full schedule of concerts.

Gotham Early Music Scene (GEMS) in conjunction with The Mid-Manhattan Performing Arts Foundation presents Midtown Concerts, a weekly series of 35-minute early music concerts in midtown Manhattan featuring soloists and ensembles from the U.S. and abroad.

Now in its nineteenth season, Midtown Concerts sponsors lunchtime performances of music of the 18th century and earlier for anyone seeking a respite from the midtown hustle and bustle. Ensembles are chosen by a jury of early-music specialists from the metropolitan area.

Each free concert is 30 to 40 minutes in length; no tickets or reservations are necessary.
