Founded in September of 2009 in New York City, the Salomé Chamber Orchestra has quickly risen to become one of the most sought after orchestras in the US. With imaginative programming and vibrant performances, they are an orchestra on the cutting edge and their concert at St. Bart's will include the New York City premiere of J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations as transcribed by Dmitry Sitkovetsky. The program will also include Bach's Brandenburg Concertos # 3 and #5, all in celebration of his 327th birthday.
